Vegetable Pizza


For pizza dough

  • 3.5 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon powder sourdough
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 teaspoon salt

For Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Thyme


  • 1/4 pound mushrooms
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 ball mozzarella cheese
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

Let’s do the dough first. Take warm water, yeast and sugar in large bowl and rest 5-6 minutes. Then add salt and olive oil, also add flour slowly and start to knead. According to the state of dough, you can adjust flour. Take the dough to rest in a warm environment. In the meantime, cover the pizza plate with greaseproof. And then, take the dough and spread it into a bowl thoroughly. In a medium bowl mix olive oil, salt, thyme and tomato paste, and then spread it on dough. Put tiny little chopped peppers and mushrooms on the dough. Grate cheese on. Finally, add a little salt and black pepper. Set oven to 450 degrees and cook it. Be sure to check constantly during cooking. Get the dough when it became blushed. Slice and serve with ketchup and mayonnaise.
