  • 1/2 pound flour
  • 1/4 pound margarine
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 pieces of sausage
  • 1 pound spinach
  • 1/4 pound yellow cheese (grated)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups of milk
  • Salt (optional)
  • Pepper (optional)
  • Muscat (optional)

Wash spinach, cut roots and clean. Take spinach in boiling water, boil for 1 minute. Strain the cooled spinach, squeeze water from your hands, cut them fairly large. Mix eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg in a bowl for liquid filling. Stir in the milk while mixing. And then get through the liquid filling into wire filter. Grate and prepare yellow cheese. Mix salt, water, egg yolks and margarine. Add flour and knead quickly a little bit. Rest the dough for 10-15 minutes. Spread it 3-4 mm thick. Lay out the prepared dough in a tart pan, spread in floor, remove unnecessary dough. Open the holes on the dough with a fork. Put the salted and chilled spinach on the dough. Put the sausage which cut 5 mm thick on the spinach. Pour an equal amount of liquid filling. Lay an equal amount of cheese over. Run the oven by placing the tray into the oven.
