Tuna Meatballs


  • 2 cans of tuna fish
  • 4 medium sized potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Oil
  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • Dry bread crumbs

Boil the potatoes and smash them. Add filtered tunas to potatoes. Add egg, salt, pepper and grated parmesan, and knead thoroughly. Rest it for 20 minutes in the refrigerator. Give shape with your hand, firstly smear flour, then egg, and then dry bread crumbs, finally fry in hot oil. Serve while hot.
