Taco-Stuffed Pasta Shells

Taco-Stuffed-Pasta-ShellsIngredients:

  • 1 1/4 lbs ground beef
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 18 large pasta shells, cooked and drained
  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1 cup prepared taco sauce
  • 4 ounces shredded taco cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef; drain if necessary.
  2. Add cream cheese and chili powder; simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Toss shells with melted butter and fill with meat mixture.
  4. Arrange shells in a 9×13″ baking pan.
  5. Pour taco sauce over each shell.
  6. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  7. Uncover and top with shredded cheese; bake 10 minutes more or until bubbly.
  8. Serve with sour cream.
