  • 2 pounds tomatoes
  • 1 pound minced meat
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Cut the heads of tomatoes without breaking, and scoop out the inside of each tomatoes with the help of a spoon. Grate the inside of tomatoes into a bowl. Parboil peppers and onions in a pan, and add minced meat, tomatoes, also after cooked, stir in salt and bread crumbs. Fill the tomatoes with this mixture and arrange them into a small glass tray, make a bowl of water with sauce, pour it over the tomatoes, bake at 400 degrees.
