Spinach Pastry


For the dough

  • 2 pounds of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • Much of the warm water

For spinach filling

  • 4 pounds of spinach
  • 4 finely chopped medium onions
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • Enough salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1/4 pounds of melted margarine
  • 1/4 pounds of vegetable oil

Directions for Dough
Mix all ingredients with a piece of the dough mixer. When it forms dough get into floured surface and knead thoroughly.

Directions for spinach filling
After cleaning shred spinach. Fry onions in oil and add spinach into. Cook the spinach thoroughly until done, and add salt and pepper.

Directions for pastry
Get fist-sized pieces of dough, spread them on floured surface, and apply mixed oil on with brush. In this way, place 5 pieces of dough on end. Make as roll dough and rest them.
