Spicy Fish 


  • 4 pieces of fish fillet
  • 3-4 sprigs parsley
  • 2-3 branches dill
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch red pepper
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 2 slices of stale bread
  • 2 eggs
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 pinch of thyme
  • Enough salt

Crumble the bread until it becomes a powder. Wash and finely chop the parsley and dill. Bring together all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Smear the fishes into this mixture and fry in hot oil duplex. Serve hot.
