  • 1 piece of salmon
  • 5-6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium sized potato
  • 5-6 pieces of dried tomatoes
  • 1 leek
  • 2-3 pieces of celery
  • 7-8 pieces of fresh black-eyed peas
  • 2-3 sprigs fresh coriander
  • 2-3 leaves of fresh basil
  • 2-3 sprigs parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 5-6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 cup of vegetable juice
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

Put 2 cups of water into 2 different pots and boil. Add a pinch of salt to boiled water. Then add black-eyed peas into one of them and boil. After black-eyed peas cooked, put them into ice water to not lose their color, and mix 1-2 times and remove. Peel the potatoes, divide 2 pieces and give them an oval shape to each piece, and put into other boiled water and start to boil potatoes. Chop celery and leek smithereens, and start to roast in a pan with olive oil. A couple of times add 2-3 scoops of vegetable juice, and mix. Add salt and pepper as well. Put salmon in a bowl, put into 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of basil, after then add juice of half a lemon and marinate them. And then put into two-sided frying pan and start fry. Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil into another pan, and add divided to 2 pieces cherry tomatoes, 1 piece of garlic, and boiled black-eyed peas, and cook all of them. Add parsley, 1 scoop of vegetable juice, salt, pepper, and mix 1-2 times, and remove from fire. In another pan, put 1 tablespoon of olive oil and dried tomatoes, and start to roast. Add boiled potatoes, 1 piece of garlic, sauté them, and remove from fire.

After fish cooked, serve with all other cooked vegetables in a serving plate.
