Roasted Chicken Pasta


  • 1 packet of pasta
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 boned chicken thigh
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 tablespoons of yoghurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic

For serving

  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper


Put the chicken thigh in a deep pan, by addition of peeled onion and water, and then boiled until chicken is cooked. Put a tablespoon of olive oil in a large shallow pan. Add the pasta and sauté until it changes color. (Such as sauté the noddle) Pour the chicken broth bucket over the color changed pasta. Boil pasta until water is absorbed and left to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, smash the chicken meat. Add them into brewed pasta. Serve with garlic added yoghurt and burnt red peppers.
