  • 3 units boiled potatoes
  • 1/2  margarine
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1/2  baking powder
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt

Grate the potatoes in a bowl, knead with margarine, and then stir in the yogurt, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper and the egg white. Finally, put the flour and baking powder and knead again. Pour into a greased pan, trim manually, spread egg yolk and then bake in preheated oven.
