Pomegranate Jelly


  • 2 pomegranates
  • 2 packages of non-herbal strawberry jelly
  • 5 cups of warm water
  • 5 cups of cold water
  • 1 cup of yoghurt

Remove the pulpy seeds from. Stir in 2 packages strawberry jelly into 5 cups warm water and mix. Add 5 cups of cold water on. Moisten 4 pieces of bowl and cup. Put the jelly up to halves of cups. Distribute half of pomegranate grains on. Rest them in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Stir in the remaining jelly into yoghurt and whisk them. (According to your desire you can add the granulated sugar into the yogurt before added.) When the jellies began to solidify, distribute yoghurt jelly on, and distribute remaining pomegranate.  Put into refrigerator again, and rest them for 1-2 hours. Serve by reversing.
