  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • 125 grams margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • Salt
  • Black pepper


  • 250 grams mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • Salt

Chop the mushrooms and onion and then sauté them in a pan, add into some salt. When it be cool, mix the chopped parsley over. Grate all potatoes into another container, add margarine, egg, flour, salt and pepper and knead well.
When it becomes a soft dough, cut a little pieces by your hand and extend them, add the filling, rollen inner palm, place in a tray. Bake in the oven, or if you want to fry in oil.
