Milk Soup


  • 4,5 cups of water
  • 1,5 cups of milk
  • 2,5 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 dessert spoon mint
  • 1/2 tea cups of rice (optional)


Put butter and oil in your soup pot. After he butter melts add the flour and start roasting it.
After roasting the flour until you get the nice smell of it, add the milk slowly. And stir occasionally while you do that.
At this point, you need to prevent the agglomeration of the flour. If it does, you can use blender.
After that, add the 4 cups of water and start stirring occasionally until the water boils.
If you want to add the rice, this is the right time. You can add the washed rice now.

But after all, it’s up to you to add the rice or not.
However, if you add the rice, continue to stir until the rice swells.
After adding 1/2 cups of water, salt, mint and black pepper, boil a little bit more , then serve.
You can fry some ground red pepper and add while you serve.
