Leek and Rice Rolls


  • 1 small bowl of boiled and chopped leek
  • 2 tablespoons rice (washed in hot water and rest for 30 minutes)
  • 2 tablespoons minced
  • 2 sheets phyllo doughs
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 packet of baking powder
  • Egg yolk
  • Sesame

Add salt, rice, minced meat and spices to boiled and chopped leeks. Knead them by your hand. Mix the 3 tablespoons yogurt, 1 egg, 1/2 packet of baking powder. Divide each of dough to 8 pieces. Apply yogurt mixture to each piece using brush. Put filling to the center of each dough and wrap. Apply the egg yolk, decorate with sesame seeds. Cook until they being brown at 350 degree oven.
