  • 2 pounds of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 ounce of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • 1 cup olive oil


  • 2 pounds of leeks
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg white


  • Sesame seeds in abundance
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 5 tablespoons of butter

Chop leeks and onions finely. Add salt and pepper and sauté in a pan.  When they softened take from the fire, and when they cooled put beaten eggs into. For the dough, sift the flour dough kneading bowl. Add vinegar, oil and salt, and add water little by little. Cover the dough with a damp cloth on it. Leave for at least 1 hour.


Separate the dough into 30 pieces. And open one piece as plate-sized, apply oil mixture with brush. Put the 15 pieces in a row by lubricating. And go to the other 15 pieces. Liberally lubricate tray. Open the first 15-storey part on the tray. Spread the leek filling on the inside of dough. And open the other 15-storey part, spread leek again. Using a knife, pierce the dough for a few grounds. Flapping in the yolk of an egg with a brush, apply on the pie. Pour the butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds on in abundance. Cook at 350 degrees pre-heated oven for about 40 minutes.
