Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of chicken wings
  • 1 full tablespoon of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil

Directions
Wash wings thoroughly. Put into wide-brimmed tray when their water is filtered. Mix other ingredients for the sauce in a bowl, pour over wings. If possible, rest in refrigerator for a day, if not, rest 5-6 hours. And then, arrange wings in a greased tray, cook in oven at 400 degrees until they become as pomegranates. When upper sides are blushed such as pomegranate, get from oven into tray; turn the other faces of the wings with tongs, and you can keep it in the oven again until this faces become golden brown.
