- 2 packages (3 ounces) of dark chocolate
- 1/2 pound of butter
- 3 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
- 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
- A pinch of salt
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler, and leave to cool. Whisk granulated sugar and egg yolks in another bowl, and then add into chocolate mixture, and mix thoroughly. Sift flour and cocoa, and stir in mixture. Whisk egg whites and salt in a deep bowl until they become form of foam. Stir into the chocolate mixture, and mix from the bottom to the top a few times. Apportion this mixture into soufflé cups. Fill oven tray with hot water, and place the soufflé cups. Cook in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Serve hot.
