  • 3/4 pound of margarine
  • 2 cups of granulated sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 4 pieces of dark chocolate
  • One and a half cups of flour
  • 2 packages of baking soda
  • 1 cup of crushed and roasted walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

For sauce

  • Half a cup of milk
  • 1 cup of whipping cream
  • 4 packages of dark chocolate

For decorating

  • White chocolate
  • Walnut
  • Strawberry

Put the butter in a pan, and melt over low heat. Put it in a deep bowl, add granulated sugar into and whisk with the wire whisk. Add the eggs one by one and continue to stir. Mix cocoa with 3/4 cup of water and add into mixture. Add Bain Marie melted chocolate into. After adding all the ingredients, add flour and baking powder and mix again. Add walnuts and vanilla in the most recent. Then, drain dough into greased square mold or oven tray. Cook in preheated oven in 170 degrees for 30 minutes. For the topping, put milk and whipped cream into a pot, and boil for a while.  Add dark chocolate into the mixture and mix. Pour chocolate sauce over the cooked brownie and fix with a spatula. On the other hand, melt white chocolate in a double boiler, and sprinkle on chocolate sauce. Shape with toothpick before freezing. Leave to freeze for 15-20 minutes at room temperature. After chopping decorate with strawberries and walnuts, and serve.
