Cheese Stuffed Turkey


  • 2 pieces of turkey breast meat
  • 4 slices yellow cheese
  • 1 boiled carrot
  • 1 red pepper
  • 3-4 sprigs parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • Enough dried bread flour
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 pinch red pepper
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • Enough salt

Cut breast meats into 2 pieces crosswise, and mash them well with meat wrought tool. Chop carrot and pepper into small pieces. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Add the yellow cheese, carrot, pepper, parsley, salt and spices into to breast meats, and close sides by using meat wrought tool. Firstly, smear meats into egg, then smear into dried bread crumbs, and fry in hot oil duplex. Serve hot.
