Carrot Balls


  • 4/3 pound of carrots
  • 2 cups of granulated sugar
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 package of baby biscuits
  • 1 cup of walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cloves
  • Coconut


  1. Grate the carrots. Simmer over low heat with granulated sugar and water. When water is absorbed, remove carrots from strove.
  2. Add powdered biscuits into. Add walnuts, cinnamon and cloves. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Then pull of walnut-sized pieces from carrot mixture, roll with your hands.
  4. Serve with coconut.
