Ingredients

  • 2 medium green apples
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup water
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 4 drops of red food coloring
  • Sticks

Directions

Put sugar, lemon juice and water in a pot. Put a degree into and boil until it reaches 300 degrees. Away from the stove and add 4 drops of food coloring. Prickle the long sticks on the top of apples. Prickle the apples which you hold by sticks into the prepared sugar. Serve after waiting for 20 minutes.
