Blueberry Muffins


1.5 cups of flour
3/4 cup of white sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup of oil
1/3 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of salt
1 packet of vanilla
1 packet of baking powder
1 cup of fresh blueberries


Stir in eggs, butter, milk and sugar. Add flour, salt and vanilla into and continue to stir. Stir in baking powder and mix until mixed some more. Stir in blueberries, mix with spoon and split into 12 muffin pans. Bake in preheated oven at 180-200 degrees. Instead of blueberries, you can use chocolate drops, raisins, raspberries or any fruit you want, and create different muffins.
