Apple Chimi


For the dough
1 cup of flour
1 tablespoon of margarine
1 teaspoon of baking powder
A pinch of salt
1 cup of water

For the filling
2 apples
1 tablespoon of raisins
Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
Half a teaspoon of margarine
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar

For frying

Vegetable oil



For service

Vanilla ice cream
For the dough, knead flour, margarine, baking powder, salt and water well in deep bowl. Roll out the dough 25 cm in diameter round shape.  For filling, peel the apple and cut them into cubes. Add raisins, cinnamon, margarine and granulated sugar and mix. Sauté the apple pieces a little, they should be alive. After filling is chilled, spread half of it on the dough. Turn off the edges of dough in the form of bundle. Fry in superheated oil. Spread the remaining apple filling into serving dish. Put the fried dough on. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
