  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 2 tablespoons yoghurt
  • 5 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut


  • 5 apples
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Sauce (sherbet)

  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1.5 cups of water
  • 1 slice of lemon

First of all, you should boil sauce and put aside to cool. After then, mash the margarine in huge bowl, and add eggs, yoghurt, sugar, flour, baking powder, and vanilla and then knead this mixture until it turns to form soft dough. Prepare the filling while dough is resting. Grate the apples in a pot, add sugar and cinnamon, and cook it. When cool, stir in the walnuts and chill. Cut pieces from the dough, spread them by hand-rolling, put the filling in center of dough, round in handful and then arrange them in tray. Bake at 400 degrees. Dip baked cookies into sauce(sherbet) immediately, smear with coconut, and arrange them on the plate.
